Built by James Clark, who spent thirty years in agencies, twenty-two of them running his own,
before encoding the method into the system that runs it.

## The actual problem

You have been at this for years, maybe decades. You know more than your competition. Your
clients love you more. What you do not have is authority in your marketplace, and that is
the real problem.

Right now every email, every proposal, every post either goes through you or comes out
sounding like someone else wrote it. You are the only person in the building who knows how
to sell your company. That is not a content problem and it is not a reach problem. It is a
problem of where your position lives.

## Days 1-3: the assistant goes live

Before we build anything, you feel it working.

An assistant connects to your real inbox, across every account you use. It sorts what needs
you from what does not. It drafts replies in your voice as real drafts sitting in your mail,
ready to send or tweak. It reads your meeting notes, whatever tool you record with, and
pulls out every decision and commitment you made. Anything that stalls gets chased.

Each day you get one summary: what needs you, what got handled, what is drafted and waiting,
what is at risk. You see it working in week one, before a single strategy document exists.

## Weeks 1-6: you author the position, your customers sharpen it

It starts with you. A deep category interview captures how you see the world: the shift in
your market, why now is the moment, who is ready first. Carter runs it, so you are talking
rather than filling in a deck, but the insight is yours. No tool can generate it; it can only
get it out of your head.

Then we interview your actual customers and balance your position against what they say:
the problem in their words, what almost stopped them from buying, the language they use when
they recommend you.

Category work alone is launch power. It gets the rocket off the ground. Your category
position combined with real customer insight is a different kind of leap, and that
combination is what gets structured into the brain.

You are never handed a blank deck to fill in. You talk; we do the structuring.

## Week 3 onward: your team gets the keys

Your team logs into their own workspace, the easiest AI interface they will ever use, about
$40 a seat, paid by you directly to the provider. They can ask the brain anything:
positioning questions, customer language, whether an email sounds like the company.

Meanwhile content starts flowing. Drafts arrive in a one-click approval list. You approve
from your phone. Approved pieces publish to your channels on schedule. No blank pages, no
ghostwriter guessing at your voice.

## Ongoing: the brain keeps learning

With the maintenance plan the brain does not go stale. It picks up new customer language, gets a full
refresh every quarter, and gains new capabilities as we ship them. Your positioning stays
current without you doing the work.

Maintenance is $3,000 per month, or $1,750 for founder clients locked for twelve months. It
starts on your debrief call at the end of the 90 days, never at checkout.

## How this is different

- **Your insight, balanced against evidence.** The position comes from you, captured in a
deep category interview. Real customer interviews then ground it in language your market
already uses. Not generic AI, and not crowd-sourced positioning.
- **Your team operates it. No new skills needed.** If they can type a question, they can use
the brain. No prompting courses, no technical setup on your side, and no one person who
  becomes the bottleneck.
- **It stays maintained for you.** The methodology behind the brain is our job to keep
sharp. You approve outputs; you never maintain the machine.

## Pricing

**Step 1. The Category Codex. $2,500.**
The diagnostic, and where every client starts. We run the full positioning analysis once and
hand you your category position, your buyers' language, and your market shift. The full
$2,500 credits toward Authority Agent with code `CODEX2500`. Details and checkout at
https://codex.authorityagent.io

**Step 2. Authority Agent. $15,000 founding cohort rate, $45,000 standard.**
Everything above: the assistant live on your inbox in days, customer interviews, the brain
built and installed, your team's workspace, and content flowing through your approval list.
The founding rate covers the first six clients through the new model; after those six, new
projects move to $45,000. Payment is $15,000 in full, or $8,000 on signing and $10,000 at
day 45.

**Step 3. Authority & AI Brain Maintenance. $3,000 per month, or $1,750 for founder clients.**
Optional, and most clients continue on it. Keeps the brain alive and improving: continuous
learning, quarterly refreshes, new capabilities as they ship. The founder rate is locked for
twelve months. Started on your debrief call at the end of the 90 days, never at checkout.

The only cost on your side is your team's workspace seats, about $40 per seat per month,
paid directly to the provider.

**The way in is guaranteed.** Step one is $2,500 and carries its own promise: if the Category
Category Codex is not the clearest you have ever been about your category, you do not pay. And if you
go on to the 90-day build, that $2,500 comes straight off the price. You can find out whether this
works before committing to the 90 days.

## Questions people actually ask

**What if my team isn't technical?**
Then this was built for them. Your team uses a simple question-and-answer workspace. They
type a question, they get an answer grounded in your positioning and your customers' words.
You approve content with one tap. Every technical piece (setup, maintenance, publishing) is
our job, permanently. If your team can use email, they can use the brain.

**What happens if we stop paying?**
Access to the brain ends and the installed pieces are removed. We are straight about this:
it is a service, like your phone plan. You keep every deliverable produced along the way:
your Category Codex, the interview insights, every piece of published content. Your own
workspace account stays yours. What ends is the live system. Our job is to make month two
better than month one, so staying is the obvious call, not a contractual one.

**How is this different from hiring a marketer?**
A good marketing hire runs $120,000 or more per year, takes months to learn your business,
and walks out the door with everything they learned. The brain is built from your insight
and your customers' evidence, works around the clock, and never leaves. It also does a job
no single hire can: it makes your positioning usable by everyone, so sales emails, investor
updates, and posts all sound like the same company.

**Who actually runs the interviews?**
Your category interview is run by Carter, interview intelligence built for exactly this job.
You talk; it surfaces the category out of the conversation. No homework, no blank deck to
fill in, and no scheduling around anyone else's calendar. Customer interviews are run live,
one at a time, because that is where the language your buyers actually use comes out.

**Do I have to start with the Category Codex?**
Yes, and it is credited in full. It is the diagnostic the 90-day build is built on, and going straight to the 90-day build would mean building on a position nobody has pressure-tested yet.
